Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and contract positions across San Antonio
- Coordinate daily staffing assignments with client businesses and ensure seamless onboarding
- Process same-day payroll for temporary associates using our proprietary payment system
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Build relationships with local employers to identify staffing needs
- Conduct orientation sessions for new temporary associates
- Resolve staffing issues and provide daily support to associates on assignment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years in recruitment, staffing, or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and payroll software
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
- Experience with daily pay processing systems preferred
