Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight positions in healthcare, warehousing, and industrial sectors
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during night hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage candidate databases and applicant tracking systems with precision
- Build relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate onboarding and placement logistics for night shift roles
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations and staffing industry standards
- Utilize ATS software to track recruitment metrics and KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience, preferably with night shift roles
- Strong communication skills with ability to work flexible night hours
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during client visits
- Knowledge of Tucson's night shift job market and key industries
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
