Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for night shift positions in logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during overnight hours
- Manage candidate onboarding and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with clients to staffing needs and shift requirements
- Track staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and safety protocols
- Maintain candidate database and ATS systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong knowledge of Oakland's employment landscape
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid California driver's license
- OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain)
