Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience, preferably with night shift roles
- Proven track record of placing candidates in overnight or 24/7 environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to work night-shift hours
- Strong knowledge of Chicago's night shift labor market
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Valid Illinois driver's license with clean record
