Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for overnight and weekend shifts via phone/video interviews
- Process staffing requests and deploy temporary staff to client sites during night hours
- Maintain real-time communication with clients and on-site personnel throughout shifts
- Document staffing activities in ATS systems with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate emergency staffing replacements within 30-minute response time
- Analyze staffing performance metrics and provide shift handover reports
- Support client retention through proactive night shift quality assurance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with night shift exposure
- Exceptional communication skills for after-hours client interactions
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proven crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
