Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for night shift positions in healthcare, warehousing, and security industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and placement coordination
- Build and maintain relationships with NYC-based night shift employers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during evening/night hours as required
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media platforms for talent sourcing
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and agency regulations for night shift placements
- Generate weekly recruitment reports and performance metrics for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in staffing agencies or night shift environments
- Proven track record of placing candidates in healthcare, logistics, or security roles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to conduct interviews during night hours
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Valid New York State driver's license with clean driving record (client site visits)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-volume recruitment pipelines
- Strong understanding of NYC labor market and night shift industry requirements
