Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for healthcare, manufacturing, and tech clients
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing
- Manage client relationships with weekly performance reviews
- Optimize applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows for 24/7 efficiency
- Conduct behavioral interviews aligned with client competency frameworks
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation strategies
- Lead onboarding processes ensuring 95% candidate retention
Qualifications
- 3+ years staffing/recruitment experience in Milwaukee market
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Valid staffing/recruiting certification (CPSR or CSP) preferred
- Expertise in Wisconsin labor market dynamics
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
