Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing positions
- Conduct virtual interviews and background checks during night hours
- Coordinate onboarding and placement for night shift assignments
- Build and maintain relationships with local overnight employers
- Manage candidate databases and staffing schedules for 24/7 operations
- Resolve staffing emergencies and last-minute shift coverage needs
- Track performance metrics and optimize staffing efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing or recruitment with night shift experience
- Strong knowledge of Cleveland's overnight industry landscape
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during non-traditional hours
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling software
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged
