Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight positions in healthcare, warehousing, and security sectors
- Conduct interviews and assessments during evening/night hours to accommodate candidate schedules
- Manage client relationships with Memphis-area businesses requiring night shift staffing solutions
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies for passive night shift job seekers
- Process onboarding paperwork and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment metrics
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless candidate handoffs and coverage
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience, preferably with night shift placements
- Proven ability to source and engage candidates during non-traditional hours
- Strong knowledge of Memphis job market and overnight industry requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse candidates
- Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment software (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with background checks and compliance documentation
