Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates for temporary and permanent positions across various industries.
- Conducting comprehensive phone interviews to assess candidate skills and availability for night shifts.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local hiring managers and client companies in Kansas City.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines and ensure data accuracy.
- Performing background checks, drug screenings, and reference verification for all selected candidates.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and applicants throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Must be available to work a 3rd shift schedule (typically 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
