Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and onboard qualified candidates for overnight shift positions
- Coordinate staffing schedules across multiple client locations in Greater Houston
- Manage candidate database and ATS system for night shift roles
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments for after-hour positions
- Resolve staffing emergencies and last-minute coverage needs
- Build relationships with night shift supervisors at partner companies
- Track performance metrics and optimize staffing efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in staffing/recruitment
- Proven success with overnight shift scheduling and management
- Strong communication skills for coordinating across time zones
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule with rotating weekends
