Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard candidates for overnight positions across healthcare, warehousing, and industrial sectors
- Manage client relationships and staffing contracts for night shift operations
- Conduct virtual interviews and skills assessments during evening/night hours
- Coordinate onboarding and payroll processing for night shift employees
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and safety protocols for overnight work
- Optimize staffing schedules using ATS software and real-time analytics
- Provide 24/7 support to both clients and night shift employees
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong understanding of Oklahoma labor regulations for overnight work
- Exceptional communication skills for after-hours client interactions
- Data analytics experience for workforce optimization
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
