Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for night shift positions across Miami's healthcare, logistics, and service industries
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with client companies to understand staffing needs and organizational culture
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, interviews, and background verifications for night shift roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, onboarding, and placement coordination
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics to optimize hiring efficiency and candidate quality
- Provide exceptional client service through regular check-ins, performance feedback, and relationship nurturing
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor regulations for night shift employment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven success placing candidates in night shift roles
- Deep knowledge of Miami's night shift labor market and industry-specific requirements
