Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for overnight positions across manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare sectors
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain ATS documentation with 99% accuracy
- Build strategic partnerships with Fort Worth-area employers to understand urgent staffing needs
- Coordinate same-day deployments for emergency staffing requests
- Analyze shift-specific market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
- Maintain compliance with all federal and state labor regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or recruitment experience with night shift exposure
- Proficient in Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or similar applicant tracking systems
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to assess candidates via phone/video
- Strong problem-solving skills during high-pressure scenarios
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work independently with minimal overnight supervision
