Responsibilities
- Recruit and place qualified candidates in overnight, evening, and weekend shift positions across Greater Boston
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants
- Source passive candidates through niche job boards, social media, and industry events
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and background checks for 24/7 roles
- Manage end-to-end placement process from offer negotiation to onboarding support
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize recruitment strategies for night shift demand
- Collaborate with clients to develop customized staffing solutions for overnight operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or recruitment experience, preferably with shift-based roles
- Proven track record of placing candidates in healthcare, logistics, or industrial sectors
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates during unconventional hours
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social recruiting tools
- Strong understanding of Massachusetts labor laws and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
