Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for night shift positions in manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare industries
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Build and maintain client relationships to understand staffing requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies for night shift operations
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and placement documentation
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless candidate handoffs
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years recruitment/staffing experience with night shift roles
- Strong bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) required
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills for overnight client interactions
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
