Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight positions in manufacturing, warehousing, and healthcare
- Build and maintain relationships with night shift employers across Metro Detroit
- Coordinate interview schedules and onboarding logistics for night shift placements
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews during evening/overnight hours
- Manage applicant tracking system and update candidate pipelines daily
- Ensure compliance with state labor regulations for night shift work
- Provide ongoing support to placed candidates during their transition
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing/recruitment experience, preferably with night shift roles
- Strong knowledge of Detroit's industrial and healthcare sectors
- Exceptional communication skills with 24/7 availability
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Michigan driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible evening/overnight schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
