- Manage candidate pipelines and conduct virtual interviews during night shift hours
- Coordinate with clients to understand staffing needs and match qualified talent
- Maintain accurate candidate databases in ATS systems with nightly updates
- Onboard new hires remotely and ensure smooth transition into overnight roles
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize overnight hiring strategies
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless candidate handoffs
Qualifications
- 3+ years in recruitment or staffing with night shift experience
- Proven ability to conduct virtual interviews during overnight hours
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco's job market and industry regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for overnight workflows
- Valid California driver's license (client site visits may be required)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
