Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for night shift positions in healthcare, warehousing, and manufacturing
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers requiring overnight staffing
- Onboard new hires and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Manage candidate database and recruitment analytics using ATS systems
- Collaborate with day shift team to ensure seamless 24/7 coverage
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years recruitment/staffing experience, preferably with night shift roles
- Proven ability to source candidates in competitive Philadelphia job market
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates during non-traditional hours
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn or Workday
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for evening site visits
