Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight positions in healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and hospitality
- Manage client relationships and staffing needs during night shift operations
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews for after-hour job placements
- Coordinate onboarding processes for night shift employees
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless staffing transitions
Qualifications
- 2+ years in recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Knowledge of Nashville's night shift job market preferred
