Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 15+ client partners in Minneapolis metro area
- Onboard and train night shift candidates through virtual and in-person orientations
- Monitor real-time staffing needs via digital scheduling platforms
- Resolve urgent staffing emergencies within 30-minute response windows
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with night shift personnel
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and industry-specific safety protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in staffing or healthcare/logistics operations
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts, including weekends
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Certified in CPR/First Aid or willing to obtain immediately
- Exceptional crisis management and de-escalation skills
