Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for permanent and contract placements across diverse industries
- Cultivate and expand client partnerships with Charlotte-based businesses
- Source and screen high-caliber candidates using cutting-edge ATS platforms
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect matches
- Manage candidate pipelines and provide exceptional onboarding experiences
- Track KPIs including placements, billings, and client satisfaction metrics
- Leverage local networking events and digital channels to build talent communities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record in high-volume placement environments
- Expertise in sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches)
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte's job market and key employers
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for client meetings
