- Collaborate with client managers to optimize shift coverage and staffing needs
- Track placement metrics and report weekly performance to senior leadership
- Maintain compliance with California labor regulations for overnight work
- Develop relationships with community resources for night worker support programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or recruitment experience with night shift focus
- Proven ability to source candidates through niche job boards and local networks
- Exceptional communication skills for evening client interactions
- Familiarity with LA's 24/7 industries (warehousing, healthcare, security)
- Strong problem-solving skills for last-minute shift coverage challenges
- Flexibility to work overnight hours with rotating weekend availability
- Valid California driver's license for client site visits
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
