Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates for overnight positions in healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing sectors
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments during night hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Manage client relationships for 24/7 staffing operations with dedicated night shift support
- Optimize ATS workflows for overnight candidate onboarding and documentation
- Implement retention strategies for night shift employees with personalized engagement plans
- Analyze staffing metrics and adjust recruitment strategies for overnight success
- Coordinate with day shift team for seamless 24/7 coverage and handoffs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- Proven track record in high-volume candidate sourcing and placement
- Expertise in healthcare, logistics, or manufacturing staffing sectors
- Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) and video interviewing tools
- Exceptional communication skills for overnight client interactions
- SHRM-SCP or CSP certification preferred
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation
