Responsibilities
- Staff overnight shifts with qualified candidates for diverse industries
- Conduct late-night candidate screenings and interviews
- Manage emergency staffing requests during overnight hours
- Coordinate with clients to fill urgent night shift vacancies
- Maintain accurate staffing records and documentation
- Support onboarding for night shift employees
- Respond to staffing emergencies between 10 PM - 6 AM
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with high-volume staffing operations
