Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and evening interviews for a diverse range of candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and update records in real-time.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client hiring managers in Tucson.
- Perform onboarding procedures for night-shift placements to ensure compliance and smooth integration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and job seekers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve candidate inquiries during off-peak hours.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve placement efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative support.
- Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (typically 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
