Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight positions across Indianapolis metro area
- Manage full-cycle staffing process including interviews, background checks, and onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers for overnight staffing needs
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Conduct virtual interviews during evening hours for night shift positions
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless candidate handoffs
- Analyze staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during evening hours
- Strong knowledge of Indianapolis job market and overnight industries
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Valid Indiana driver's license with reliable transportation
- Staffing certification (CPSR or SHRM-SCP) preferred
