Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume phone screenings and interviews for candidates across various industries.
- Source and identify qualified talent through social media, networking, and job boards.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for client needs.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers.
- Manage candidate onboarding and orientation processes for night shift placements.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and market trends.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track candidate progress and maintain data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
