Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates specifically for 2nd and 3rd shift roles.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, including outreach and placement.
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers in Austin.
- Utilize ATS platforms to track pipeline metrics and conversions.
- Conduct virtual and phone interviews in a high-volume environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Availability to work a rotating night shift schedule (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
