- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight positions across Tucson metro area
- Conduct late-night interviews and assessments via video calls
- Manage client relationships for 24/7 operational partners
- Coordinate onboarding for night shift employees
- Maintain accurate staffing records in ATS systems
- Resolve urgent staffing issues during overnight hours
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless handoffs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- Flexibility to cover variable shifts including weekends
- Experience in healthcare or industrial staffing preferred
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
