Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for night shift positions in healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing sectors
- Conduct late-night candidate screenings and interviews via video conferencing
- Build and maintain relationships with 24/7 operations managers at partner companies
- Optimize staffing schedules using our proprietary ATS during overnight hours
- Provide real-time support for urgent staffing needs during night shifts
- Analyze placement metrics and refine recruitment strategies for night shift roles
- Onboard new hires during evening hours for immediate deployment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates during non-traditional hours
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Florida driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Strong problem-solving skills for high-pressure staffing scenarios
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
