Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight positions in healthcare, warehousing, and customer service
- Conduct interviews and background checks during evening hours
- Coordinate onboarding for night shift staff at client locations
- Manage staffing schedules for 24/7 operations across NYC boroughs
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations for night shift work
- Provide 24/7 support to both clients and temporary staff
- Track performance metrics and optimize staffing efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong communication skills for high-pressure environments
- Familiarity with NYC labor laws and regulations
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to make quick decisions during emergency staffing needs
- Valid driver's license for client site visits
- BS/BA in Human Resources or related field preferred
