Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for overnight positions via job boards, referrals, and targeted outreach
- Conduct virtual interviews and skills assessments during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage candidate onboarding and documentation compliance for overnight placements
- Build relationships with clients requiring 24/7 staffing solutions
- Utilize ATS systems to track applications and maintain accurate candidate databases
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless candidate handoffs
- Monitor staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience or equivalent HR background
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong communication skills with virtual interview proficiency
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize high-volume applications
- Ohio staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
