Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and industrial clients
- Screen and interview candidates during evening hours for urgent placements
- Manage client communications and resolve staffing issues in real-time
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless handover and continuity
- Conduct onboarding sessions for overnight placements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing or recruitment with night shift experience
- Strong communication skills for overnight client/candidate interactions
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently during non-traditional hours
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- HR certification (SHRM-CP) a plus
