Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight positions in healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and customer service
- Conduct late-night interviews and assessments with qualified applicants
- Manage client relationships and staffing needs for overnight operations
- Process payroll documentation and compliance for night shift placements
- Utilize our ATS system to track candidates and job orders overnight
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires starting on night shifts
- Provide 24/7 support to placed candidates and client managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of New Mexico labor regulations
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Experience with healthcare or industrial staffing preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
