- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from application to placement with precision

- Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment strategies for night shift roles
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with night shift focus
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Oakland's night economy sector
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for late-night interactions
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish highly preferred
