Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for night shift positions in manufacturing, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Develop strategic partnerships with Virginia Beach employers to understand 24/7 staffing needs
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and skills assessments for night shift roles
- Manage candidate pipeline using ATS systems while ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Collaborate with operations team to optimize recruitment metrics and fill rates
- Design innovative recruitment campaigns targeting night shift talent pools
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for client and candidate communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years recruitment/staffing experience with night shift or shift-based roles
- Proven success in high-volume recruitment and candidate relationship management
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and social recruiting
