- Source and screen qualified candidates during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments for diverse industry roles

- Collaborate with day-shift recruiters for seamless candidate handoffs

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruiting experience
- Proven ability to work independently during non-traditional hours
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Experience recruiting for healthcare, logistics, or manufacturing preferred
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
