Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates for overnight healthcare, warehousing, and manufacturing roles across San Diego County
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS systems with real-time updates
- Collaborate with clients to understand overnight operational staffing needs
- Onboard new hires for night shift positions with precision and care
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations for overnight work arrangements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or recruiting experience, preferably with night shift roles
- Proven ability to source candidates in healthcare, logistics, or manufacturing sectors
- Exceptional communication skills for virtual overnight interactions
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to work independently during non-traditional hours
- Strong problem-solving skills for urgent staffing scenarios
