Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for night shift positions across Sacramento's key industries
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during evening and overnight hours
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with local businesses seeking night shift talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from application to placement using ATS systems
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill night shift roles
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through personalized communication

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven success placing candidates in night shift or 24/7 environments
- Expertise in sourcing strategies for non-traditional work hours
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage during late hours
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
