- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight positions across Omaha's key industries
- Conduct late-night interviews and assessments via phone/video platforms
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS records
- Build relationships with overnight shift managers at client companies
- Source passive candidates through niche job boards and social media
- Coordinate onboarding for night-shift placements
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of Omaha's industrial and service sectors
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
