- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Track and analyze staffing metrics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with day shift team to ensure seamless candidate handoffs

Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with night shift specialization
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Mesa's night shift market
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities

- Strong understanding of Arizona labor laws and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
