Responsibilities
- Execute daily production tasks and operational workflows efficiently during the night shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or supply needs immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to ensure operational continuity.
- Adapt quickly to changing production schedules and process updates.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs frequently.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software systems.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
