Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Conduct thorough screening and interviews for night shift candidates in logistics, hospitality, and healthcare sectors.
- Shift Management: Oversee daily shift assignments, manage coverage requests, and ensure seamless operations for 24/7 clients.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their specific staffing needs and delivering top-tier talent.
- Onboarding Support: Guide new hires through the paperwork and orientation process to ensure a smooth transition into the night shift environment.
- Database Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate profiles in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Compliance: Ensure all candidates meet necessary licensing and regulatory requirements for their respective roles.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, human resources, or administrative support is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or ATS software is a plus.
