Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their skills, experience, and availability for night shift roles.
- Coordinate and schedule temporary and permanent placements to meet client demands for night coverage.
- Manage the intake process, including onboarding paperwork, time tracking, and wage verification.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and client records using our applicant tracking system.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding open positions and candidate feedback.
- Resolve staffing issues and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Build strong relationships with local Indianapolis businesses to identify staffing needs.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during night hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for occasional local travel to client sites.
