- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 15+ high-profile clients
- Manage real-time scheduling for warehouse, logistics, and healthcare teams
- Resolve urgent staffing emergencies within 30-minute response windows
- Conduct candidate screenings and onboarding for night shift roles
- Generate daily performance reports using ATS and CRM systems
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and industry-specific regulations
- Build relationships with 24/7 facility managers across El Paso
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing or logistics coordination
- Proven night shift or 24/7 environment experience
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency required
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
