Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift positions across multiple industries
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and skills assessments for weekend roles
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely placement for weekend assignments
- Build and maintain relationships with San Francisco-area businesses for weekend staffing needs
- Coordinate onboarding and compliance for weekend temporary workers
- Track placement metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for weekend shifts
- Provide exceptional client support during weekend operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proven success in high-volume candidate sourcing and placement
- Strong interviewing skills with ability to assess cultural fit
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social sourcing tools
- Excellent communication skills with multilingual candidates a plus
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
