- Implement quality assurance protocols for overnight staff placements
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and industry-specific regulations
- Generate real-time staffing reports for executive leadership
- Build relationships with overnight shift supervisors at client sites
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing or workforce management with night shift experience
- Proven track record in high-volume, time-sensitive scheduling
- Expert knowledge of Jacksonville's overnight economy landscape
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling software
- Strong crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- OSHA/HIPAA certification preferred
