Responsibilities
- Coordinate staffing operations for night shift positions across multiple client industries
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in temporary and permanent roles
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate staffing records
- Build and maintain relationships with overnight facility managers and supervisors
- Resolve staffing issues and emergencies during night shift hours
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for night shift placements
- Generate daily staffing reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and staffing software
- Knowledge of Oakland's night shift job market and compliance requirements
- Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
