Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels (ATS, LinkedIn, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates for weekend roles.
- Interview Management: Conduct efficient and professional phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interviews, background checks, and drug screenings to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing regular updates on candidate pipelines and market trends.
- Onboarding Support: Guide new employees through the paperwork and orientation process to ensure a smooth start to their weekend shift.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices adhere to local, state, and federal employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for occasional overtime.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Organization: Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred.
